Abstract: The phenomenon of cross-border exploitation of coal mines is prevalent in our country. For real-time monitoring of the existence of cross-border mining coal mine, we design a high precision mine anti-theft monitoring system based on ARM and FPGA. Firstly, sensors and front-end acquisition control module acquires blasting vibration signal under the mine, and transmit it to ARM main control module. After processing the data, transmission it to the monitoring center by wireless for analysis and processing. System synchronized sampling between different collection terminals by using GPS. In addition, the system uses wireless sensor network to transmit data, increase the flexibility of installation and lower construction costs. The results show that: the system can accurately determine the location of cross-border exploitation and time, realize real-time monitoring the mining information underground. It is facilitate for the government to implement supervision and management to the mining.
